HPS Communications Hub with Connect Logo

Welcome to the start of a new and exciting school year!  We cannot wait to get started and to reconnect with you and our school community. Our first day of school is Wednesday, September 1st. It will be a full day of in-person learning starting at 8:50 a.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m.  Please make certain to send your student’s completed 2021-2022 Back to School forms and COVID-19 “Healthy” Pledge forms with them to school on their first day. Additional information about what students can expect on their first day can be found under our Back to School FAQs.

On Friday, August 6, 2021, Governor Murphy announced that masks are required for all students, staff, and visitors inside the school building, regardless of vaccination status. In addition, masks are required to be worn on the school bus while students are traveling to and from school. More information about our health and safety protocols can be found in our Safe Return Plan and by accessing our Health and Safety FAQs.

All of the Back to School updates will be posted on this Communication Hub. We look forward to seeing you on September 1st!
