HUNTERDON PREPARATORY SCHOOL
“Education is for improving the lives of others and for leaving your community and world better than you found it."
– MARIAN WRIGHT EDELMAN
At Hunterdon Preparatory School, we are committed to fostering a unique educational experience transcending conventional boundaries. The year 2025 marks 50 years since the school opened its doors to students with diverse learning profiles, becoming a beacon of hope to thousands of students and families. After five decades, we remain steadfast in our mission: empowering students to reach their fullest potetinal and preparing them for a future filled with hope and promise. Everyone who joins our community helps to carry forth this mission. In the spirit of growth and progress, Hunterdon Preparatory School invites you to donate to its Annual Fund and help to support students for the next 50 years.
WE ARE EXTREMELY GRATEFUL that we, as a family, have been afforded this wonderful opportunity - to have the support of such an intelligently run and caring resource. This resource is now a vital force in helping us realize the most important dream we have ever had - the dream of raising our child to recognize his potential and to be a contributing and valued member of a larger society."- a parent
Why the Annual Fund?
The Annual Fund allows Hunterdon Preparatory School to meet our students' needs and support our staff's instructional ideas without stopping to create a specific fundraising campaign. Donations to the Annual Fund are unrestricted and can be used whenever a critical need or unexpected opportunity arises. The Annual Fund is an investment in our future. The future starts now.
Why does your participation matter?
We believe in the power of community. Hunterdon Preparatory School boasts a rich history of transforming lives. Generations of students have benefitted from our exceptional services with the support of our parents, alumni, and friends. You can be part of this rich history by contributing to our Annual Fund and ensuring that both our current students and future generations benefit from our services. Our goal is to achieve 100% participation from our community. It’s not about the amount you give; it’s about coming together as a community to support our mission and to transform the lives of our students.

How can you make a difference?
Give to our Annual Fund. Regardless of the amount, every donation makes a difference in the life of a Hunterdon Prep student. Donations to the fund are unrestricted and support a variety of needs throughout our school including academic, art and music, extracurricular, and extended year programs, as well as technology and campus improvements. As with most schools, there is a gap between the funds we receive from the state of NJ and tuition, and the cost to provide an exceptional education to our students. Your donations to the Annual Fund help close the gap.
