A select group of HPS art students recently visited the Hunterdon Art Museum to participate in a Peace Flag workshop and tour the museum’s current exhibits. During the workshop, each student created a unique flag that will be displayed as part of the Mill2Mill Project taking place in Clinton this June.
This special Semiquincentennial collaborative project invites community members to design flags celebrating peace, which will be hung between the Hunterdon Art Museum and the Red Mill Museum Village as a symbol of unity and community spirit.
Our students had a wonderful time creating art, exploring the exhibits, and sharing thoughtful conversations about the importance of art in our lives and communities. It was an inspiring and memorable experience for everyone involved!
