100 DAYS OF SCHOOL AND SERVICE!
We took a few minutes this morning to step outside into the brisk air, turn our faces to the sun and celebrate our 100th day of school!
We are also celebrating 100 beautiful knitted and crocheted blocks created by students and staff as part of our project to benefit “Warm Up America!”
Warm Up America is a national organization that knits and crochets afghans and distributes them to those in need. Students and volunteer groups knit or crochet 7" X 9" patches that are assembled into blankets and given out through Red Cross chapters, and to other smaller community organizations.
We are proud of our knitters and crocheters who have been working hard all year in support of this project!
