Museum of Jewish Heritage Trip

Ms. Geyer's English students, who have been studying the holocaust this year, will visit The Museum of Jewish Heritage's living memorial to the holocaust "Auschwitz. Not long ago. Not far away" on May 28.

‚ÄčAuschwitz. Not long ago. Not far away. is the largest exhibition dedicated to the history of Auschwitz and its role in the Holocaust ever presented in North America.The exhibition brings together more than 700 original objects and 400 photographs of Auschwitz, from more than 20 institutions and museums around the world.  

Auschwitz. Not long ago. Not far away. will be presented in the Museum’s symbolic, hexagonally-shaped core building. This 18,000 square foot exhibition will introduce artifacts and Holocaust survivor testimony through 20 thematic galleries.
