Dear Parents and Guardians,
Your child has met the school's eligibility criteria to attend the skiing/snowboarding trip to Shawnee Mountain on Thursday, February 6! Accordingly, today your child was given a packet of the required trip forms for you to complete, sign and return. These forms are also attached to this email:

1. Ski/Snowboard Waiver (This form MUST BE SIGNED for all skiers/snowboarders regardless of whether they are renting equipment or not)
All forms and money are due by Tuesday, February 4 due to arrangements needing to be finalized online by 3:00 pm that day. Checks should be made payable to "Hunterdon Prep".
*If medications are to be given during the trip, medications with completed form are due Monday, February 3.
Students will have to arrange to be picked up from Hunterdon Preparatory School at 9:00 PM on 2/6.
