Dear Parents and Guardians,
Your child has expressed interest in attending the after school Ski and Snowboarding trip to Shawnee Mountain scheduled for Thursday, February 6. For your information, attached is a brochure with the costs (Twilight Rates).

Students who have signed up for the trip, and are approved as eligible by HPS staff (see requirements below), will be handed permission slips and other forms on Friday January 31. Copies of these forms will also be sent home via email that day. No forms or money are due at this time.
HPS eligibility requirements for this trip are:
1. Keep up on their academics
2. Be in good standing (green tags)
3. Demonstrate a willingness to follow directions and be a positive member of the HPS community
