Understanding PerformCare - New Jersey's Children's System of Care (CSOC)
The New Jersey Children’s System of Care (CSOC), what many know as PerformCare, provides a variety of services to children ages 5-21 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as in-home services, community-based services, assistive technology devices, crisis intervention, and even camp. Many of these services are essential, but accessing them can be daunting.
Join us as we discuss how to apply to CSOC, what services your child may be eligible for, addressing disputes with CSOC, and how to transition from CSOC to the Division of Developmental Disabilities. Attendance includes a Q&A session. This event is free of charge, but registration is required.
