If you plan to travel for Thanksgiving ....

Dear parents and guardians,

With the Thanksgiving holiday this week, please remember that the state’s travel advisory is still in effect.

If your family is planning to travel during this school closure, please refer to the list of states on the travel advisory - https://covid19.nj.gov/faqs/nj-information/travel-and-transportation/which-states-are-on-the-travel-advisory-list-are-there-travel-restrictions-to-or-from-new-jersey. This list changes regularly so check the website above before you travel for the most up to date list.

It is strongly recommended that people quarantine for 14 days upon arriving back to New Jersey if they travel to one of the states on the list. This includes travel by train, bus, plane, car, and any other method of transportation.

If you do plan on traveling with your child to a state or jurisdiction on New Jersey’s Travel Advisory List during the upcoming school recess, please contact Principal Chris Schumann at cschumann@hunterdonprep.org.  We can then make plans for your child’s participation in Remote Learning for a period of 14 calendar days following your return to New Jersey.

As always, we thank you for your understanding and cooperation during these unusual times, and we wish all of you a happy and safe Thanksgiving holiday!
