Important back-to-school information!

We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back to school on Tuesday, September 2, 2025! Just a reminder that school hours are 8:50-2:30.

Here are a few notes to help with your back-to-school planning:

TRANSPORTATION: Your local school district makes your students transportation arrangements. If you have not received information about transportation by August 26, 2025, we recommend reaching out to your case manager to make sure that everything has been set up. If you are unable to reach the case manager, try the school district's transportation department.

CLASS SCHEDULES: Class schedules are currently being worked on and will be available soon in your Realtime Parent Portal and Realtime Student Portal. Students will receive a copy of their finalized schedule on the first day of school. If you have any questions about schedules, please contact Principal, Chris Schumann at cschumann@hunterdonprep.org

ELECTIVE CLASSES: Students will sign up for their 7th and 8th period special interest and physical education classes in person during the first week of school. Physical Education classes will begin on Tuesday, September 9, and, depending on the class, students may need sneakers/walking shoes, etc. More info to come on that!

LUNCH: Students should bring their lunch on the first day of school. Refrigerators and microwaves will be available in each homeroom.

Students will be issued a Chromebook/Laptop on their first day of school.

There is no school supplies list! We will provide everything that your student will need.

School picture day is Wednesday, September 17, 2024.

Back to school night for the parents of current students is Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 7:00-9:00 PM.

We are here every day! Please feel free to call us with any concerns or questions at 908-832-7200. We are looking forward to seeing everyone on Tuesday, September 2nd!!
