Important information for parents of the Class of 2026

Dear Parents/Guardians of the Class of 2026,

It is hard to believe that it is already May and the school year will soon come to an end. This means that in a few short months the Class of 2026 will be moving into their Senior year of high school. Your child has been exploring post-secondary options through their Transition Class this year, in preparation for planning for their future and figuring out a plan for after graduation next June. In conjunction with that I will be meeting with all the students individually to discuss their post-secondary plans and help them through the process of setting them up for after high school.

In addition to meeting individually with the Class of 2026 regarding post-secondary plans, I wanted to reach out to you to get input and background information as next steps are big decisions and our ultimate goal is to make sure that each student has a plan in place for after they graduate (June 2026).

That plan will look different for each student, but it is the plan that is best suited for them based on their goals- academic, social, etc. at the current time. In order for me to best support your child, I ask for your assistance by filling this survey out:

Parent Questionnaire (2026)

Please take a minute to click the blue link above to complete the survey.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding the survey or any post-secondary planning, please do not hesitate to reach out to me through email, mevancho@hunterdonprep.org or phone (908) 832-7200 ext 16

Sincerely,

Melissa Evancho
