Free legal services webinar on 2.27.25 - Understanding PerformCare - NJ's Children's System of Care

Dear parents and guardians,

Attorneys at Hinkle, Prior & Fischer, P.C., have over 70 years of combined experience providing specialized legal services to families of children and adults with a wide range of disabilities, and seniors.  They have argued many of the precedent-setting cases affecting individuals with disabilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Hinkle, Prior, and Fischer: Attorneys at Law are offering a free webinar for our HPS families. Below please see the details of the webinar and how to sign up.

Understanding PerformCare - New Jersey's Children's System of Care (CSOC)

The New Jersey Children’s System of Care (CSOC), what many know as PerformCare, provides a variety of services to children ages 5-21 with intellectual and developmental disabilities, such as in-home services, community-based services, assistive technology devices, crisis intervention, and even camp. Many of these services are essential, but accessing them can be daunting.

Join us as we discuss how to apply to CSOC, what services your child may be eligible for, addressing disputes with CSOC, and how to transition from CSOC to the Division of Developmental Disabilities. Attendance includes a Q&A session. This event is free of charge, but registration is required.

Date: Thursday, February 27th, 2025

Time: 6:30 -8:00 pm

Please email your RSVP to Amanda Medina at amedina@hunterdonprep.org. Once you RSVP, a link to register for the event will be shared with you. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email detailing information about joining the meeting.

We look forward to seeing you there!
