Dear Parents and Guardians,
Your child has signed up and is eligible for the snow tubing trip to Shawnee Mountain after school on Thursday, January 16. If they were in attendance at school today, a copy of the necessary forms that need to be completed were sent home with them. Those forms are also attached to this email.

Please read and complete all forms. The cost is $38. Add $5 if your child is having pizza. Students going on this trip will need to be picked up at the school at 9:00 PM.
*If medications are to be given, please complete the attached medications form and return it to the school, along with the needed medications, no later than Tuesday, January 14.
All other forms and money are due by Wednesday, January 15.
