Hello and Happy New Year!
Even though it’s cold and grey right now, it’s not too early to start thinking about the warm summer days ahead! With that in mind, I wanted to let you know that this morning your child attended a brief presentation about our “Summer Discovery” (extended school year) program.
During this presentation, we shared photos from last summers many fun trips and activities, as well as information about opportunities for building social connections and achieving academic goals during Summer Discovery.
Participation in the Summer Discovery program is IEP driven and we wanted to introduce the students to the program now as it will likely be discussed at your annual IEP meeting.
