Dear parents and guardians,
Our first trip of the summer is to Gravity Vault on Tuesday, July 7. Gravity Vault needs to have a completed Waiver Form from everyone attending the trip even if they will just be observers.
The link to complete the waiver is attached below. This form goes directly to Gravity Vault and must be completed no later than Monday, July 6 by 9:00 AM.
