Hunterdon Preparatory School has received a generous donation from the North Hunterdon Municipal Alliance to purchase impairment simulation goggles. These goggles use engineered optic lenses to simulate the visual experience of alcohol intoxication, driver fatigue, cannabis use and other forms of impairment. HPS has invited Detective Hash of the Clinton Police and his colleagues to lead an Alcohol & Drug Effects on Driving program for its health classes.
Here, Mrs. Cooper-Kopacz takes one of the impairment goggles for a “test.”
