Helping Hands 2016

“To see my son’s bright smile on Christmas morning when he saw that Santa had come was a present all in its own. I am glad there are people out there like you who bring joy to needy families.”

From one of the letters to generous donors who have been supporting United Way of Hunterdon County’s Holiday Hands program since 1998.

We are excited to be working with the United Way of Hunterdon County this year in support of their Holiday Hands gift program! We have “adopted” and will be purchasing gifts for 18 local people who might otherwise be forgotten – 10 children and 8 adults.

To get started with this project, we would like to collect between $5.00 and $10.00 per person. Once our collection is complete, we will organize shopping trips so that we can purchase gifts that our 18 people have specifically requested. We will finish up by delivering our gifts to the United Way in Flemington!

If you would like to participate, we will be collecting monetary donations beginning on Monday. Any amount you are comfortable contributing will be gladly accepted! Checks should be made payable to "Hunterdon Preparatory School" with Holiday Hands on the memo line.

Thank you and please call or email Cathy Smith with any questions - 908-832-7200 or csmith@hunterdonprep.org.
