"My name is Morgan and I've been drawing practically all my life, but I've been drawing seriously for about five or six years. I remember when I first started drawing, I would take pictures that I liked and re-draw them myself. Obviously it wasn't as good as the original, but I still liked my end result. I remember thinking I was fantastic and that I could draw anything, even though the art itself wasn't that good. That's what the moral of this is; even if your art isn't that good, believe that you're making progress (which you are, even if it's slow) and you will get better with practice."
